In 2018, I filmed the legendary Brooklyn dive bar Hank’s Saloon in the final months before it closed forever. Due to other work obligations, the footage sat on the back burner for several years.
Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2024, I was finally able to complete the film. On January 28, 2026, "Hank's Saloon" made its world premiere at Nitehawk Cinema Prospect Park in Brooklyn, to two sold-out crowds.

TC Edwards—a Black autistic man obsessed with being a heavy metal singer—was a beloved fixture in the Little Rock, Arkansas music scene, and the best friend of local indie filmmaker Mike Poe. Until, in 2014, tragedy struck.
I was hired to help Mike organize his literal decades' worth of raw footage. Here's a preliminary teaser I created, as a proof-of-concept of Mike's vision.
You can learn more about TC, and donate to Mike's project, here
EDITOR
In 2019, I was hired to do initial assembly and editing on the feature documentary "The Big Johnson", directed by Lola Rocknrolla.
The film follows the true story of Dean Johnson, a gender-bending queer activist, drag queen, and musician who was at the center of New York City's downtown nightlife scene for decades, before his mysterious death in 2007.
Trailer edited by Lola Rocknrolla.

For the past three years, I have filmed monthly live shows by the incredibly talented queer drag collective Switch n’ Play.
In February 2023, the group performed their horror-themed show "Vamp!" at Lincoln Center. Starring, among others, "Drag Race" alum Sasha Velour.

Boombox Burlesque is a yearly festival that merges the energy, attitude, and cultural significance of Hip Hop with the artistry and allure of burlesque.
I had the pleasure of filming the festival in both 2023 and 2025. Here's one of my favorite acts: Noctua, performing to "I Fight Bitches" by Thot Squad.

In the summer of 2021, I filmed The Spell, a multidisciplinary creative jam session created by singer, tap dancer, and electronic music artist Liberty Styles.
In keeping with the event's collaborative spirit, I filmed several music acts over the course of the day, then sampled and remixed various audio moments to create the soundtrack.

During the pandemic of 2020, most people I knew were scrambling to find new ways to make a living from home. And dance DJs were no exception.
My friend DJ C-Prod-G quickly turned to the streaming platform Twitch. To help him along in his journey, I compiled and edited this nearly 2-hour collection of vintage dance footage, movie clips, and other assorted pop-culture weirdness, which he then streamed over his live online DJ sets.
This video is for entertainment purposes only. I do not own the rights to any of this footage.
EDITOR & SOUND DESIGN

In 2011, my band Uncle Leon and the Alibis was preparing to record our album "Wild Ways". To raise money for the recording session, we hosted a special one-time bar fundraiser called Dollar Beer Day.
As an homage to the low-budget local TV commercials of my youth, I created this promo video, advertising the event.
